poorgraduatestudent: Ok mis amigos mexicanos— I have another question, not quite a theory yet. Why are Mexicans crazy about Morrissey?  I have no idea. I love Morrissey but I also love The Smiths and the whole british melodramatic thing (I decided to study in Scotland ffs) but most mexicans who love Morrissey don’t give two shits about The Smiths and that irks me but it fucking beats me as to why they do. I read some funny shit about this phenomenon in one of Chuck Klosterman’s (sp?) books but, overall, NO IDEA. However, I am totally going to see him when he comes to Socal ;D  Via Daily Ramblings
